DCC App, developed by LimoAnywhere, may collect and use your device’s location data to provide location-based services, including matching you with nearby drivers, calculating fares, and ensuring passenger and driver safety.
We collect location information with your consent and only while the app is in use. You can disable location access at any time through your device settings.
Account Deletion
If you would like to delete your account associated with the MLS, developed by LimoAnywhere, please contact us using the information below.
Once we receive your request, we will begin the account deletion process and remove your data in accordance with our privacy policy.

Security
DCC takes precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the Web page.
While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. Detroit Carriage Company, LLC – Chauffeured Terms & Conditions
1. Pricing & Payment
Prices do not include tolls, parking, or other out-of-pocket costs. These charges must be paid directly when incurred.
Deposits may be subject to a non-refund or partial refund if submitted within 7 days of the designated drive. The customer remains liable for the full contract amount and any damages if the carriage is terminated within 48 hours of the designated drive or if discharged early.
2. Damage Authorization
Client authorizes The Detroit Carriage Company (DCC) to charge the credit card on file a minimum of $250 and up to the full amount of any damage caused to the vehicle or DCC property by the client or their guests during the contracted period.
3. Final Payment
The balance of the contract must be paid in full, upon arrival of final destination, except for shuttles and buses, which must be paid in full two weeks prior to the event.
4. Conduct & Restrictions
Use of unlawful drugs is strictly prohibited.
No alcohol permitted for individuals under 21.
No smoking or vaping in any vehicle.
Food must be disclosed at the time of booking and added to the contract.
If, in the sole discretion of the driver, any passenger behaves in an unruly, unsafe, violent, or disruptive manner, causes damage, or disregards driver instructions related to safety, the driver may terminate service immediately without refund.
The customer remains responsible for the full contract price and any damages incurred.
5. Liability & Service Limitations
DCC is not liable for delays, damages, or non-performance caused by unexpected breakdowns, accidents, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond its control.
In such cases, customer damages are limited to a refund of the contract price.
DCC reserves the right to substitute a substantially similar vehicle if the contracted vehicle becomes unavailable.
DCC is not responsible for articles left in the vehicle.
6. Fuel Surcharge
Because fuel costs constitute a significant portion of operating expenses, DCC reserves the right to proportionally increase rates if fuel prices rise materially. Your trip pricing is based on current fuel costs.
7. Cancellations
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.
Airport/Sedan Transfers: 50% cancellation fee
All Other Reservations:
50% of contract price once signed
100% within 3 weeks of reservation date
100% within 14 days of reservation date
8. Damage & Cleaning Fees (Minimums)
Standing on seats: $100
Food-related damage: $150
Smoking/Vaping: $250 per occurrence
Bodily fluids (vomit, saliva, etc.): $300
Excessive mess/spillage/glitter: $75
9. Gratuity
All Contracts include a standard 20% gratuity. An additional gratuity can be paid in cash to the driver at the end of the designated drive, or can be added to the credit card on file with the client’s personal approval.
10. Legal Notice
The Detroit Carriage Company, LLC, and this contract are subject to the Michigan Limousine, Taxicab, and Transportation Network Company Act (MCL 257.2101 et seq).
